Having an infill community within an existing development, Cleary Homes needed to differentiate themselves from their friendly competition. Designing contrasting models on exclusive sized lots with unique features that were priced at an entry level within the single-family home market in Bowmanville, gave them the advantage they needed. We were tasked to draw in traffic from outside the area and initially focus this traffic on registering for private appointments. Using small-town country charm imagery and story, with a soft inviting colour palette and planning for a consistent digital advertising and social media program, created substantial registrations and success.
