Our task was to create the brand identity and marketing for a luxury high-rise and townhome community in an extremely competitive north Toronto market. The imagery needed to be bold and dramatic and communicate a finer lifestyle. To bring this concept to life we used an elegant silhouette of a lady totally in black, highlighted with diamond encrusted jewelry and reversed out of a background in various gold tones depending on the application. This was highly effective in making the project stand out in a crowded market and captured the spirit of the Posh campaign.
