• Opera/onal Efficiency: The Board of Directors and Management are working closely with our Contractors to minimize and mi0gate the impact of Ontario Bill 148 on our budget and opera0ons. This is par0cularly relevant to our Security and Housekeeping services
• Feasibility Study to add Steam rooms to Gym Area Ameni/es: We are working on solici0ng proposals and costs before sharing ideas and solici0ng feedback from owners and residents
• Move to paperless Administra/on: With the investment in frond desk concierge soNware and its upcoming full implementa0on, we will be seeking owner’s and residents permission to move to exclusively electronic mode of communica0on. In the upcoming months you will see a campaign to encourage people to sign consent forms which are required under Canadian An0 Spam Legisla0on
