Diezel was retained by three of Canada’s leading builders, with the specific objective to increase and provide better qualify traffic to all the builder’s presentation centres. This was an on-going maintenance service providing themed promotional collateral materials for the community until its sell-out. The site backed onto the Bronte Creek Provincial Park, so the visuals and messages tied into the activities within the park. We identified approximately six activities and consistently rotated these in various media and collateral materials such as signage, direct mail, and regular on-site event marketing.
