Diezel Marketing Studio was engaged to develop and execute the advertising and social media campaign for Lake Pointe Legacy Collection using branding that had already been established. Through a strategic three-month launch program leading up to the model home opening, Diezel created and deployed a coordinated mix of video content, carousel ads, reels, and single-image social and digital advertisements. The campaign generated more than 1,200 qualified registrations for this intimate collection of single-family homes located just steps from Lake Ontario in Stoney Creek.
