This was our first project with Edzar Group. Perched atop the picturesque Glen Davis Ravine in The Beach, it was the first in what is now a significant group of competitive development projects along this span of Kingston Road. The grass is greener on both sides, so to highlight the building’s scenic backdrops, we boasted views of not only the ravine to the north but also the treed Beach community and lake to the south. Drawing inspiration from its location, we developed a colour palette of sky and water blues along with rich greens and a hint of sun yellow to envision its stellar location.
