This was our first project with Edzar Group. Perched above the picturesque Glen Davis Ravine in The Beach, it was the first of what has since become a significant collection of competing developments along this stretch of Kingston Road.

With such a spectacular setting, we saw an opportunity to celebrate the views in both directions. After all, the grass is greener on both sides. To the north, the building overlooks the lush ravine; to the south, the treed Beach community and lake provide an equally compelling backdrop.

Inspired by this unique location, we developed a fresh, nature-driven colour palette of sky and water blues, rich greens and a hint of sunny yellow, capturing the light, landscape and enviable setting of the community.
