This was our first project with Condoman Developments. Perched on a picturesque hillside overlooking the highly sought-after Beach community and Lake Ontario, the site offered one extraordinary natural asset: The View.

Our challenge was to create a distinctly “Beach-worthy” brand, elegant, fresh and contemporary, while placing the spectacular lake views firmly at the heart of the identity.

That question became the inspiration for the creative direction. We introduced a sophisticated yet refreshing palette of breathtaking sky blue, crisp pool blue, lime green and deep indigo, creating a visual identity that felt both distinctive and intrinsically connected to its waterfront setting.

The result was a brand with a strong personality and immediate visual impact, one that successfully separated The View from the competition in the highly competitive Beach market.
