Situated just a short walk between Cambridge’s old town city centre and the new town with its big city comforts, this was one of the last in-town development opportunities. Reid Homes was offering an infill community of affordable townhomes in an urban setting but with room to breathe. A high energy colour palette and a fun, fanciful, energetic theme targeted the market of young active families. The clean, strong very modern logo in a vivid, electric orange with a sunny pop of citrus green and neon blue is grounded on a deep asphalt grey. It is intense, clean, and exuberant. These were not just rows of townhomes. This is a new life and community. This is living connected.
