Diezel was retained by Monarch and AON, with the specific objective to increase and provide better qualify traffic to the presentation centre. This was an on-going maintenance service providing themed promotional collateral materials for this active adult lifestyle community, until its sell-out. The site has a particularly scenic backdrop, situated beside the Port Hope Golf and Country Club, with commanding views over both the golf course and the lake. The key brand and marketing images combined the community, the golf club, and the lake. The Town of Port Hope also offered numerous other amenities that we were able to capitalize on.
