Inspired by its extraordinary lakefront setting and the history of what was once one of the country’s most prestigious estates, we were tasked with creating the brand identity and online presence for Oakville’s most exclusive lakefront townmanor residences.

At the heart of the campaign was an animated lifestyle video that brought the story of Edgemere to life, highlighting the tranquility of the restored heritage estate and its beautiful grounds, while contrasting them with the sophisticated design of the new residences. The video became the focal point of the marketing program and established the tone for everything that followed.

From this foundation, we seamlessly extended the identity across the supporting collateral creating a cohesive and sophisticated presentation that communicated the rarity, heritage and exclusivity of the offering.
