Inspired by the one-of-a-kind lakefront location, situated on what was once one of the toniest estates in the country, we were tasked with developing a brand identity and an on-line presence for Oakville’s most exclusive lakefront townmanor residences. The development of an animated video highlighting the tranquility of the restored heritage amenities of the estate, along with the sophisticated design of the new residences, was the focal point. From here we were able to easily springboard to the other collateral materials which communicated the uniqueness of the exclusive offering.
