Diezel was contracted to market the final six suites in this ultra-luxury condominium building in Yorkville. This included two of the penthouse suites, which at the time were two of the most expensive condominium residences in the city. Exposure was key as we knew that our affluent target market was driving by the building or within the vicinity on a regular basis. We developed a very aggressive but elegant message that appealed to the market, using rich golds, and contrasting black satin to convey the message on the sides of the building, which provided an excellent backdrop, as well as in area billboards and top shelf media. Due to the price points, it was not an overnight success, but it received lots of attention and within six months, all the suites were sold.
