An infill in one of Pickering’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, close to everything imaginable, Grand Communities has proposed an intimate community of exclusive, modern, executive townhomes. Targeting both a young family market and a move-down buyer market from the area, we communicated that this was the epitome in contemporary living using bold, contrasting colours, charcoal greys and ebony black mixed with scarlet red and a vibrant hint of aqua blue and tangerine orange. This balance of distinct colours created striking imagery and a very bold and trendy M logo.
