This is an infill community of townhomes, within an existing single-family community, just a short walk from the beach at Kempenfelt Bay in the city Barrie. Naturally the brand and marketing program took its inspiration from the water and all the activities that surround it. We used a palette of blue hues and sandy tones that were both cheerful and simple, and a breath of fresh air for our niche market of young families. These were used throughout all the collateral materials offering good quality and value at an affordable price.
